Hospice & Euthanasia

Losing your pet and making the decision to euthanize a pet are some of the most heart breaking moments of many people’s lives. Many times the grief can be more intense than losing a person, probably because the relationship is less complicated and the pet provides daily unconditional love. While the grief is often more intense, many people say it is of shorter duration than loss of a human family member.

As hard as it is to make the decision to euthanize, it is the most unselfish thing you can do for your pet when it is suffering. You allow your pet to pass away with peace and dignity surrounded by family.

At All Creatures Mobile Veterinary Service we would like to work with owners to provide hospice care to keep you with your pet in comfort as long as possible. When the time comes, we offer at home euthanasia to make the last moments with your beloved pet as stress free as possible, and allow the family to grieve together in the place where they are most comfortable. We will arrange all aspects of cremation for you, and if you would like the ashes back, we will deliver them to your door.
